We closely oversee the crafting and shipping of every item we sell. There are no returns on wholesale items unless the item is defective, provided the item is returned withing 15 days from the ship date. Artprints.com will not accept returns on items that have been worn, laundered, or specially customized. Artprints.com will not accept returns to damaged items as a result of misuse, neglect, or improper environmental conditions. If the damage is due to shipping errors by the carrier, we must be notified within 5 business days, so a claim can be filed with the carrier.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION GUARANTEE:
Artprints.com does not sell or distribute any information we acquire directly from our customers. This includes your e-mail address, postal address, phone number, and any other personal data. We respect your privacy!
To return goods, you must call (908) 264-2807 and request a RMA. (Return Merchandise Authorization) Any returns without an RMA # will be refused. Please save item(s) and packaging. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your return along with a brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s). We will gladly replace it with a new selection of your choice or refund you for the cost of the item(s) (less S&H). All returns are subject to a twenty-five percent restocking fee.
CUSTOM ORDER DESCRIPTION:
A custom order is any order that falls under these guidelines.
A. The item is a secondary market sold out piece that is no longer available form the publisher and had to be acquired elsewhere. (I.E. Secondary Art Market)
B. Any custom made item such as all the canvas transfers or any item that has been altered to a customers specifications.
All State of Florida residents are required by law to pay a 6% sales tax.
TURN AROUND TIME:
Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours depending upon size of order and quantities in stock. Occasionally, orders do take a few weeks if a products is placed on back order. If prompt delivery is a concern, please call or email us for product availability. Please note that shipping Companies don't work on weekends and hollidays, so your order will be shipped the next business day.
Any checks being returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason will be submitted for collection immediately. Each returned check will result in a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) service charge to the consumer.
All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service unless otherwise specified.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES:
Shipping and Handling charges are determined strictly by the price and destination of your order.
All customers and users of Artprints.com, this web site, and the merchandise contained within agree to indemnify and hold Artprints.com, its employees, suppliers, and affiliates harmless from any dispute which may arise from a breach of this agreement. In addition, the customer agrees to hold Artprints.com. harmless from any claims and/or expenses, including any and all reasonable attorney's fees and court costs, related to the customer's use of this web site and the merchandise contained within.
